I’m currently searching for a business partner for a new fine dining restaurant. Serving plant based tasting menus with theatre and perfection in Bristol. The aim to achieve 2 Michelin stars within the first 5 years of operating.

A bit about me: Over the past 11 years I have worked alongside some of the most awarded and talented chefs in modern cuisine: celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal at the 3 Michelin star restaurant ‘The Fat Duck’; celebrity chef Simon Rogan at the now 3 Michelin star restaurant ‘L’enclume’ in the lake district and Andrew Dargue at the acclaimed vegan restaurant ‘Vanilla Black’ in London. I have developed my own Modernist plant-based British cuisine; I present innovative, exciting and creative tasting menus. The goal is to take Plant Based fine dining to a new level.
