•SERVER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a passion for vegan food, craft beer, and hospitality

•Ability to consistently arrive on time and always ready for the start of your shift

•Multitasking and problem solving skills

•Easy going communication style with a focused attention to detail

•Ability to balance Front of House guest needs with Back of House and management

Responsibilities

•Ability to anticipate the needs of guests, execute patience when answering questions, and provide recommendations for complementary items to enhance the Belse experience

•Follow the order of service as outlined in training

•Collaborating with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

•Learning our menu items thoroughly, specifically to ensure allergens are communicated properly

•Remain organized even in times of high movement and stress

Active in table maintenance, running, bussing and drink running

•During appropriate times complete side work and assist with all duties assigned for the opening and closing of your shift while keeping your work area, and the establishment as a whole, clean

•Remain accessible to guests and staff to answer all questions in a friendly and warm demeanor

Belse Restaurant is based in Dallas and is hiring for their first NY location. We are building our team for a high volume establishment based around house made brews and comfort food. Our menu is a unique spin on the classics and made to satisfy all palates and our beer is brewed on site.
