Join our new vegan craft brewery and restaurant opening in the Lower East Side Belse Restaurant and Brewery is based in Dallas and is hiring for their first NY location. We are building our team for a high volume establishment based around house made brews and comfort food. Our menu is a unique spin on the classics and made to satisfy all palates and our beer is brewed on site.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in making the best pizza dough.. Along with full time benefits, pay is competitive and there is room for growth within. You will be joining a positive workplace and working with a talented executive chef who has worked with some of the highest quality restaurants and resorts in the country. Experience in a high volume establishment is preferred.
Pizza Maker SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and a drive for excellence to ensure we maintain the highest of standards on a consistent basis.
- Ability to follow recipes and instruction to the Belse standards, as directed by our chef.
- Willingness to assist where needed throughout the kitchen.
- Be able to set up and work line stations at our established guidelines.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can remain organized and easily accessible.
- Precisely measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Consistently execute menu items while following current restaurant standard recipes.
- Perform technical culinary food production, portion control, and service standards.
- Follow all proper food safety practices and kitchen safety practices.
- Willing to follow organizational standards for preparation as well as presentation.

- Operate, clean, and maintain all kitchen equipment.
