Be The Change New Street: Assistant Manager / Manager
The following opportunity is for an Assistant Manager role at Be The Change’s New Street restaurant. The position is listed as Assistant Manager / Manager, as it has a potential progression up to the Manager’s position within 6 months for the right candidate, if this is desired. This progression is not mandatory however. Please note, candidates will not be able to start this opportunity as an outright Manager without having first worked as Assistant Manager; Be The Change takes its staff culture & values seriously & so it deems it important that all individuals occupying Management positions have first worked under other BTC leaders.
As the title suggests, the role is a senior role at our nationally-acclaimed restaurant in a public-facing role serving customers, as well as coordinating staff & supporting the Interim Manager to drive forward the venue as an outstanding destinational venue. The successful candidate will work at least 38.5 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
