Hi there,
Gaia Pulses means Earth is alive and we specialise in preparing traditionally vegan, heritage Greek recipes with pulses. We produce organic ready meals in compostable packaging and we also deliver our dishes directly to subscribers in reusable containers with e-cargo bikes.
We are looking for a head chef to manage our production and food delivery service. The job will start from approximately 25 hours per week and will increase to full time after the training period is complete. The main recipes are set but there is space for new recipe addition as well.
The job requires reliability, being good with working with a team, maintaining good vibes in the kitchen, being inspired about working with pulses and a zero waste philosophy, treating food as energy, taking responsibilities, willing to learn but also to teach, organisational skills.
We are also looking for a kitchen assistant.
