Overview
We are seeking a talented e-commerce Assistant who has a passion of all things vegan & nutritional yeast!
You must have knowledge and a good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms such as Shopify, Amazon as well as experience in inventory management and fulfilling trade orders. You will also have an interest in product development as well as price negotiation and logistics.
You will have a minimum of 1+ year’ experience, be a self-motivated individual who loves both the online & physical retail worlds, with a strong eye for detail and commercial awareness.
Notorious Nooch is an exciting UK start-up that launched in Jan 2021 with Smoky Bacon & Cheesy Immature, with Super B12 and more SKUs coming soon. Our products are now live in over 100+ stores nationwide, a lot of them independent brands but also retailers such as Selfridges and Wholefoods. We’re a young, fun, fast-paced fashion start-up who are looking to do things our own way!

Responsibilities for this E-Commerce Assistant includes:
- Managing & updating stock and inventory across all platforms
- Experience with the Mintsoft inventory system (or similar platform)
- Preparing and managing our logistical requirements (e.g ordering new product from our manufactures)
- Managing Amazon, updating listings & managing ads
- Tracking stock and fulfilling trade orders
- Liaising with our packers & our fulfilment warehouse
- Updating Shopify site, building pages and creating promotions
- Working closely with internal teams such as Creative and Sales to ensure decks, site & product is up to date
- Managing & monitoring Google and Facebook adverts
- Reporting on sales performance on a regular basis
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
Skills and experience required for this E-Commerce Assistant:
- 1+ year’ experience within website maintenance and reporting from a similar background
- Experience with content, product & inventory management
- Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
- Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & Inventory platforms
- Attention to detail
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
- A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently (as this is a remote role)
