Educated Choices Program (ECP) is looking for a motivated and self-sufficient Curriculum Development Manager who is passionate about plant-forward eating to help ECP develop and expand its digital offerings across the globe.

The Curriculum Development Manager will report to and collaborate with the Director of Curriculum Development and other management staff to maintain, update, and expand ECP’s digital educational offerings. They will also work with interns, contract staff, and other departments to manage various aspects of presentation creation and revisions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Curriculum Development to update and expand ECP’s digital offerings for audiences across the globe.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop new content.
  • Directly supervise part-time staff, and work directly with interns and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Onboard and train interns, contractors, and new ECP staff working with the Curriculum team.
  • Work with team members to write and revise presentation scripts.
  • Guide and oversee the design of presentation slides through PowerPoint, ensuring final products meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Assist in research for existing and new content on food choices and their associated impacts.
  • Document research sources and citations from mainstream publications and sources.
  • Create digital video files, including editing audio and video content, and creating screen recordings.
  • Maintain documentation of task updates on a daily basis, both via email records and internal documents.
  • Collaborate on the expansion of educational support materials to enhance digital offerings, such as lesson plans, quizzes, and discussion prompts.
  • Work on multiple projects at any given time for a variety of presentation areas.
  • Perform virtual Q&A sessions with audiences as needed.


Position Requirements 

  • Working knowledge of curriculum development.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Sites.
  • Experience in educational settings or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, and experienced in Microsoft Office.
  • Technological aptitude to learn video and audio editing.
  • Management or leadership experience required, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail required.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
  • Spanish competency is preferred, but not required.
  • Interest in plant-forward education and information.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.


Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm local time, occasional Friday hours required (Salaried – 4 day work week)

Compensation: Salary starting at $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
