Overview

Looking to hire a dynamic individual to fill a part-time maternity leave position within a small and growing Vegan Catering business. Successful applicant will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, be proficient at excel and poses basic accounting and mathematical abilities. Candidate must be able to schedule staff, keep track of hours and pay, communicate with clients in a professional manner, prepare contracts, invoices and letters, and attend regular meetings. They will be reporting directly to the owners of the company and work with them to facilitate the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis. The job requires flexible hours and the ability to learn within the position. Applicant must be able to work from home, 6-12 hours/week. Position is a three-six month contract with the possibility of continuation. Applicants that are passionate about food, and have additional skills in video creation/editing, shopify and experience setting up and maintaining email lists and mailings will be given extra consideration.
