Brand Ambassador – The Honest Stand
The Honest Stand is hiring for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of The Honest Stand in the local CO community. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through exciting events, product launches and in-store demonstrations! You will work closely with our sales division to achieve its goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

Since hitting the shelves in 2016 The Honest Stand’s award-winning products have become available coast to coast in natural, specialty and conventional grocery stores.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
*Be responsible for the retrieval and transportation of demo supplies to and from stores
*Manage all set-up, product sampling and teardown for each event
*Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales
*Assess customers’ individual usage needs and interests in order to best recommend products
*Keep the demo area clean and organized at all times
*Keep store inventory presentable, maintaining brand standards
*Maintain a positive relationship with store managers and customers
*Maintain communication with team supervisor
Brand Ambassador Qualifications:
*Prior experience in a customer service environment
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must be approachable, joyful and enthusiastic
*Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
*Valid Driver’s License
*Reliable Transportation
*Punctuality is a must
*Must be able to stand for up to 5 hours at a time
*Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
*Must be able to work with diverse individuals and multitask effectively in a dynamic workplace while communicating our products’ values
*Be committed to living and promoting a healthy lifestyle
*Previous demo/brand ambassador experience is a plus
More about this position….
Hours
*20-40 Hours per week * Pay $16-$22 per hour (dependent upon experience) per shift (3 to 5 hours per demo shift/more hours if doing an event or multiple demos)
*Mileage reimbursement when warranted (based on location of event)
Locations
*Our offices are in Louisville, CO. You will need to be here at least once per week to retrieve supplies and meet with supervisor
*Store locations for demo shifts/events run as far North as Boulder, South as Highlands Ranch, East as Aurora and West as Golden.
