We are looking for a “passionate and compassionate” chef  with solid Plant-Based experience, someone to build confidence in the young team. To manage, motivate and lead the kitchen team to work together as an awesome brigade that consistently cooks the menu to specification, at a pace consistent with the environment. To ensure that all company policies relating to the kitchen are adhered to. To understand and work towards achieving the business and financial objectives of the kitchen operation.
