Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the restaurant and everything that comes with it.
  • Hiring, managing and training the staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  • Handling administration and paperwork.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Requirements for this function

  • At least three year’s experience as a manager in a larger restaurant.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Flexibility.
  • Love to smile, all day. ?
