We have a bold vision to be the best and biggest TEDx-event in the Nordics. To succeed with that, we need the brightest minds – so, we need you for that. TEDxMalmö is looking for one highly creative and driven person (with some sense of humor) to join our team as a Sponsor manager, to create an incredible event and spread ideas worth sharing.

Previously, our events have featured vegan activists such as Earthling Ed, ex-president of Sweden’s biggest animal rights organization. This year, we aim to give the stage to true change-makers. We will hence work with vegan-friendly companies and names touching upon timely topics such as sustainability, veganism and climate action. In May 2020, TEDxMalmö will be the stage where we, together with an audience of 1500, will take part in shaping those ideas and you are invited.

The role
Without the sponsorship manager, there would be no event. The rest of the team have you to thank that the party gets paid for. During the event, you can smile and tell your friends that you paid for it because you did, by collecting sponsoring. You will build valuable relationships with CEOs and upper-level management of international giants such as Sony, PwC, Axis and Sigma just to name a few.

So, if you would like to a network of great companies, you might be who we are looking for. Our ideal new teammate will also be a quick and hands-on person who enjoys working independently as well as in a team environment.

–Build relations with and recruit sponsors in the region, ultimately closing deals with vegan-friendly partners
–Provide sales support including (but not limited to) drafting proposals, contracts and doing company research
–Manage our sponsorship tracking document
