Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual who embodies the principles and passion of plant-based (PB) promotion and consumption to join us as a Marketing Coordinator. You will form part of a small original team to help promote and launch an exciting start-up PB e-commerce business, based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
The company ethos is to support and promote the popularisation of PB diets and consumption, and empowering access to PB foodstuffs for the UK population. We will be at the forefront of facilitating easy-access of PB foodstuffs to a UK-wide population, promoting plant-based living, receiving product requests, processing orders and ensuring receipt of items.
The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our small original team as a marketing coordinator. You will lead the development of marketing campaigns on exciting new projects, which will have a national appeal. You will be involved with brand deployment, product development, generating sales, order-verification and delivering excellence in our service to our customers. You will be creating and managing marketing content, which will include; social, blog, food recipe, product and video content online. You will have a passion for PB popularisation, good food, and develop an innate understanding for fresh produce and the PB products industry.
Key Requirement’s
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting a sales team across of a broad remit. As coordinator you will be creative with excellent communication skills, highly organised and have a strong attention to detail. You will have an innate understanding and belief in plant-based living and consumption.
· Ideally a marketing or equivalent degree
· Embodies the principles of PB promotion and consumption
· Experience of multi-channel marketing an advantage
· Experience in digital marketing or content development
· Min 1 year previous marketing experience
· Ideally managed a food-blog, or worked with dish development and promotion
· Creative thinking and self-motivated
· Strong understanding of PB foodstuffs
· Effective collaboration and people management skills
