We are looking for an executive assistant who is passionate about working with a growing vegan business.
BeVeg is in need of a responsible, organized self-starter with a range of skills who can become a reliable member of our team.
Daily tasks involve handling BeVeg vegan certification application and renewals, overseeing the scheduling of audits, and managing the overall application process. Administrative tasks will also be given on a case-by-case basis, such as writing emails, contracts, file organization, and more.
Applicant must have strong customer service and sales ability to recapture renewals and close new accounts. Professional writing skills are a must. The applicant must be well-organized, confident on the phone, and passionate about veganism!
