Overview
We are looking for an experienced artisan baker to develop our bakery.
We are a chef/owner led vegan café, bakery, pizzeria that wants to really ramp up our bakery offering and looking for someone to join our growing team. Just based outside Dublin in the ‘Garden of Ireland’, our café is based in the gateway to some of the loveliest mountains, lakes and walks in Ireland.
We are looking for the following qualities:
Proven experience in previous roles and
Must be able to plan and execute baking schedule in line with demand
Create menu and innovate new product
Be responsible for all paperwork, HACCP, and general kitchen management
Attend weekly meetings
There is a good salary for the right person.
