Either a business partner, to have an equal input into getting this start up off the ground, and be involved in all aspects of planning, admin and manufacture, OR a remote, self employed marketing and design whizz, to handle promoting the brand via both traditional marketing and social media.

Location? Flexible. Ideally NW or NE England, Midlands, Scotland or Wales. I am currently in Derbyshire and looking to move somewhere more permanent before the summer. My partner works from home and can relocate with me.
About New Plant Protein start up
I am an experienced vegan chef (10+ years), caterer and food manufacturer, currently unemployed due to lockdown and enrolled on a business course. I want to launch my business in spring 2021, making tofu, tempeh and vegan meats, to sell to takeaways, wholesalers and shops, and possibly also directly to the public, online. I've been vegan for 28 years. My strengths are in food knowledge, recipe development, and connections within the vegan movement and caterers. My weakness is social media engagement, packaging design, and marketing.
I'm based in Derbyshire and happy to relocate once the business is up and running. I anticipate renting a food-grade kitchen, to start with. Locations I'd consider are North West, North East and central England, or southern Scotland.
