9. Stock-taking and creating lists for ordering

10. To be heavily involved in seasonal menu planning twice a year – as well as continually developing counter food offering, weekly specials and bespoke products

11. To understand food costings and can understand menu profitability

12. To maintain health and safety practices and company service standards
