The Flying Buddha is London’s only Asian fusion Dark kitchen company. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking plant based food. You will be working side by side with our extensively experienced Vegan head chef. There will be lots of opportunity for training and learning new things.
We are expanding rapidly and there are opportunities, for the right candidates to move onto running their own kitchens
Job Duties: Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
Hours of work Wednesday-Sunday 12-10
Salary 27-30k
