Great personality and energy to drive yourself, your teams and the Clean brand as a whole
Previous experience in managing a small team
Strong experience in food safety systems
A ‘hands on’ approach to work and ability to work under pressure
Ability to deliver great vegan food to our high standards
Passion for your own development & the development of the Clean brand
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Desire to work closely with the management team and directors to push the Clean expansion plans
