Sales Supervisor: Organic Cold-Pressed Juice Bar + Kitchen

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organic cold-pressed juice bar & kitchen based in London. We serve a variety of cold-pressed juices, made-to-order smoothies, breakfast bowls, fresh lunch & guilt-free, raw desserts. We’re looking for reliable sales supervisors to work within our team, preparing smoothies and food, keeping stock and inventory & maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. You’ll need to be a team player that’s able to work very well under pressure, multi-task and be on your feet for most of the shift.
The primary objective of the role is to directly manage the FOH team, liaising with Supervisors in order to provide excellent training and ensure company standards are upheld and targets are met. The role will also require working with external suppliers and our CPU to manage order requirements and assist in the development and growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with relevant Hospitality Supervisor/Manager experience. An interest in organic, natural food is a plus.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 44-48h/week
Key responsibilities
-Operate blending equipment and make smoothies
-Stocking dry products as needed
-Ensure operations are running smoothly in the kitchen
-Stock/Inventory checks and packaging management
-Report any issues to manager promptly
-Opening and closing responsibilities
Essential requirements:
-Highly motivated
-Team player
-Friendly, very reliable and timely
-Kitchen Experience essential
-Passion for health/wellness is a plus
-Food preparation background is favourable
-Excellent English
-Level 2 Food & Hygiene certificate is a plus
-Eligible to live and work in UK
