Stem & Glory are an emerging vegan brand on the UK casual dining scene. With a flagship site in central London, we just opened a new site in Cambridge, and it’s been a big success. We are seeking a talented chef, with excellent flair for running the pass in a busy restaurant, to join our growing team in Cambridge. This post would suit someone already working in the plant-based space, or a chef looking to move into the plant-based space with a high growth brand. With a growth trajectory in the UK and beyond, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual.

£10- £12 per hour

1+ years in a similar post
2+ years working in a busy kitchen
Level 2 food hygiene certificate

Running a section in our busy kitchen
Assisting running the pass on busy service
Managing and maintaining our high standards of food hygiene and safety

Experience with plant-based cuisine is not necessarily required as full training will be given
