MOTHER is a plant-based cafe in East London that creates nourishing food with a focus on seasonality and regeneration. MOTHER is in an exciting period of growth and is looking for someone with proven marketing experience (ideally in hospitality) to increase the visibility and engagement of MOTHER online and physically.

The perfect candidate will be responsible for working to our social media strategy by managing an engaging content calendar. This will include creating content and working with influencers and bloggers.

The marketing assistant will be able to develop and deliver initiatives to increase numbers of customers, spend per head and incredible customer experience, working closely with the Operations Manager and MOTHER Board.

They will ensure that all communications adhere to brand guidelines and will be responsible for external mail outs, building a customer database and responding to emails and online reviews.

Candidates must have experience of using social media effectively to gain traction, as well as updating/managing websites and improving and maintaining SEO.

Over time MOTHER will reintroduce a series of successful events which the marketing assistant will support on.

This is a perfect role for someone with proven marketing experience who is passionate about sustainability and the future of our planet!
