The job is part of DWP Kickstart Scheme. To apply for this job, you must be claiming Universal Credit and 16 to 24 years old.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can join our small team 3-4 days a week to help with deliveries and running our market food stall. The ideal candidate will share our passion for ethical food choices, be passionate about customer service and with an eye for detail.
The role consists in:
– Delivering cakes and baked goods to clients around London on Wednesdays. No driver’s license is required. Public transport costs will be covered. Occasional deliveries on other days may happen. The candidate will pick up parcels at our North London kitchen and deliver them via public transport around London, following the schedule provided.
– Working with the founder at our market stall on weekends, helping with set up and display. Responsibilities will include keeping the counter tidy and well-presented, handling payments, interacting with customers to explain the brand’s ethos and serving cold food for take away.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to work efficiently both alone and with other team members, good people skills when dealing with customers at markets, alignment with our business values. Food Hygiene training would be preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided. Please apply with CV and/or a short intro about yourself.

The ingredients are sourced from companies either run by women or supporting intersectional feminist projects. We also partner up with several charities that receive a percentage of the profits.
