I'm co-founder and CEO, Andrew Laurent. After becoming disabled 11 years ago I had a sudden need for wholesome foods. I struggled to do the prep and cooking, so I started making one-pot meals with pre-chopped frozen veggies and beans. After people kept raving about my food, I was urged to share my recipes. Knowing the struggle to keep a well-stocked seasoning cupboard, I saw an opportunity to create seasonings for one-pot recipes. After collaborating on how to make them more exciting, we discovered that using a uniquely formulated baking powder has a wonderful effect on beans and greens in stews. Broth Bomb was created as a fun and functional way to help others learn to cook these easy vegan meals at home.
