About EDIT

EDIT is a hyper-seasonal, low impact restaurant in the heart of Hackney.

It is our mission to create elevated plant-based experiences for planet-conscious diners which showcase sustainable ingredients and regenerative methods of food production.

Designed in flux with nature, our signature tasting menus celebrate the finest produce selected from small-scale UK farms, foragers and independent producers.

We seek out the unfamiliar, elevate the ordinary, celebrate the whole and embrace creative ‘root-to-fruit’ preparations to ensure minimal waste, continuously innovating to do more with less.

As a small, dedicated team of individuals we work in an inclusive way where everyone’s input is valued.  We endeavour to create a positive, multi-skilled workplace with collaboration, equality and respect at the centre.

We are committed to acts of positive social and environmental impact by which we treat as a primary measure of success for our business and prioritise over profitability.
