About Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary

Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary is a 430 acre non-profit refuge located in Poolesville, MD, which provides a permanent home for over 250 rescued horses, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens and turkeys. We offer educational tours to the public to promote veganism, and kindness and compassion for all animals.
