About Scotland Animals Asia Support Group

We are a group of volunteers raising funds and awareness for Animals Asia (UK Reg Charity No. 1086903).

Animals Asia is a charity promoting animal welfare across Asia and the rest of the world. Our mission is to end the farming of bears for biles across China and Vietnam, provide sanctuary for bears, end the suffering of wild animals in captivity, and ensure humane treatment of dogs and cats.

Although it is not a requirement to be vegan to either work or volunteer for Animals Asia, we are leading by example. Canteens at the sanctuaries serve vegan food.

By promoting animal welfare and raising awareness of animal sentience in general we hope to encourage more and more people to adopt a vegan lifestyle.
