Artisan Raw is a fast-growing London-based start-up company, developing a range of raw vegan cheeses. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advertising Manager to join our team, who will report directly to the CEO of the company.
To be successful you must have an engaging commercial mindset and resilience when facing challenges.
You will be responsible for driving growth during brand launch and expansion across a range of distribution channels, including national grocers and online customers.
It is essential you have a proven track record of success in Advertising ideally in the food sector, and strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Your ultimate goal within the role is to maximise value realisation throughout all B2B and B2C channels.
Salary: £23,200 per annum
Responsibilities:
– Leading and project managing the digital development activation plans including social, paid, SEO and influencer campaigns to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way;
– Brand management, including creation of supporting brand materials, social and digital content
– Translating initial ideas into engaging and informative visuals, creating original graphic content for slides for an external audience with bespoke presentation software
– Analysing the results and review of marketing campaigns and the impact on the brand in light of sales trends, surveys, tasting sessions and statistics available (market trends, growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.)
– Undertaking market and competitor research and liaising with senior staff to determine the development of advertising strategies and the setting of targets
– Staying abreast of changes in media, readership, viewing figures and advertising rates
– Providing the required marketing information for each product listing
– Bi-weekly review of product performance and taking necessary action to optimise advertising campaigns
– Producing reports and recommendations for senior staff concerning marketing strategies
Skills:
– Self-sufficient deliverer with strong communication and presentation skills
– Record of creating successful advertising campaigns leading to the quantitative result
– Expert in PowerPoint, knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop) would be an advantage
– Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
– Ability to focus on clear priorities and adapt on going
– A degree or equivalent qualification in Advertising, Marketing or Business Management is preferred, but a proven background in advertising may be sufficient
– Exceptional organisational skills are essential
– English proficiency, both verbal and written, is a must. Second language would be preferred as the company plans to expand internationally.
– Experience within a food advertising role and a passion for the health food industry would be an advantage
