Farmacy is a unique plant-based restaurant and bar, located on Westbourne Grove with an additional delivery kitchen in east London. We are looking for an experienced, personable, and charming candidate, with an impeccable presentation and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Our mission is to serve delicious, nourishing food and drinks in beautiful surroundings, whilst caring for both our health and our planet. Open for lunch and dinner, the menu at Farmacy is inspired by dishes from around the globe, all free from dairy, refined sugars, additives, and chemicals. We are fully licensed and offer an eclectic list of natural wines and beautiful cocktails made with the highest quality ingredients. - Prep, orders, and inventory across the kitchen team to execute consistent high standards
- Ensure that standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are followed
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Ideally with experience in plant-based cuisine
- You don’t need to be a vegan or veggie but it’s important you are a person who values this dietary choice.
