We are looking for full-time Assistant Manager to join the BVRGER team! This role will be based at our brand new site in Shoreditch. This newly created role would be perfect for an experienced Kitchen Manager, Grill Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie wanting to take the next step into management. This role will report directly to the General Manager.
The company is growing rapidly which means there will new opportunities to move into more senior positions in the future.
– Ensure the kitchen is set up and ready for service on a daily basis. We take pride in our kitchens and use state-of-the-art equipment. Our standards are high and our ingredients are the highest quality.
– Customer facing – preparing our menu to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team.
– Train, develop, and manage the kitchen team. Ideally you will have worked as a chef and have a passion for food.
– Ambassador for the brand – we are looking for someone who loves customer interaction and has great communication/people skills.
– Cooking and delivering high volumes of gourmet fast-food quickly and efficiently to the highest possible standard.
– Daily food preparation and kitchen management – communicates preparation tasks to the team.
– Supervise food preparation to keep wastage to a minimum.
– Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
– Stock Ordering – place daily orders to ensure the kitchen is always fully stocked.
