Main Purpose of the role

We require a commis chef who is keen to learn to be part of a dynamic back operated buffet style and a la carte menu with emphasis on simple, yet perfectly executed plant-based / vegan dishes. The menu caters for infants through to adults with a focus on high quality ingredients and nutritional balance.

About you:

The role of commis chef / kitchen porter will suit an enthusiastic, vibrant person keen to learn or develop their trade.

Works well under pressure
Customer service focused (internal and external)
Organized, systematic and process driven
Excellent attention to detail
Hours of Work:

Expected average of 40 hour/week, with occasional extra hours that will be given back at the earliest convenient.
Flexibility toward weekend and evening working is a pre-requisite of this employment.
