Pay: £10.50 – 11 per hour, depending on experience. Plus access to our Tronc scheme (service charge)

We are looking for passionate & fun person to join the kitchen management team at our Kingly Court joint

Amazing opportunity to manage a lively, buzzy kitchen, focussed on delivering the best service in London, with the best vegan Mexican food on earth.

We are all about our team & customers – nothing is more important to us than our people. We want someone who is hugely focused and knows how to create great vibes. There are also heaps of opportunities to grow within the business.

As well as assisting with the day to day runnings of the kitchen you will be helping manage the rotas, maintenance and orders, as well as creative input on the development of our menu.

This is a fantastic role for anyone new-ish to kitchen management, looking to move to an ethical, innovative and fast growing business. It would be an ideal role for someone with street food experience – reflecting our roots, and ready to grow with us.

Lots of experience isn’t essential – big smiles definitely are.

About Club Mexicana:

The site has around 50 covers and is located slap bang in the middle of the bustling food hub that is Kingly Court. We have a very fun and energetic style of service whilst upholding the highest standards of customer care.

We have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline including new sites, markets, festivals and weddings galore.

About Club Mexicana

Our background is in pop-up parties and feeding the UK’s biggest festivals. Led by one of London’s hottest movers and shakers, Meriel Armitage, we now operate two restaurants in central London, with plans for many more.

Our Mexican food is 100% vegan but, more importantly, bloody delicious! Paired with one of our signature margaritas or a flight of tequilas, it’s a whole lot of fun.
