Overview
Job Title: Prep Cook/Sous Chef
Rate: $12 per hour
Hours: Wednesday – Sunday 6a-2p
Duties include:
Prep planning & execution
Precisely follow recipes
Ensures that orders are accurate in timing, quantity and quality
Understands the importance in multi-tasking
Insures equipment are maintained according to proper health and sanitation needs
Positively representing company at work and outside work
Other tasks as needed for staff
Must Haves:
Ability to lift 30 – 50lbs
Strong work ethic

Takes initiative
Takes responsibilities seriously
Reliable transportation
Fun and sense of humor
Vegan/Vegetarian Diet
