Overview
Vegan General Manager to run a 12 room vegan hotel and on site vegan restaurant. Essential requirements are managerial experience in the hotel and restaurant industry for a minimum of one year preferably in Mexico. Able to speak English and Spanish fluently. Able to manage staff, hiring and firing, marketing, oversee maintenance and repairs to the property, public relations, oversee reservations and accounting and all that entails to run the operation from A to Z. Minimum one year contract.
