Health consciousness and experienced Vegan Chef (5 years Min) wanted to create exciting new items and oversee existing menu, manage kitchen operations/food inventory, supervision of kitchen staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, collaborate with FOH and other departments.
Must be formally trained and graduated from culinary school.
Must be passionate about creating interesting and delicious Raw/Living Vegan Cuisine.
Must be talented and forward thinking.
Possesses organizational and time management skills.
