Overview
We are looking for a chef/kitchen help for our street food stall. The ideal candidate will have some experience or knowledge preparing Mexican dishes. The position is part time and approx 2- 8 hours per week.
We require assistance with kitchen prep mainly on Fridays and market stall assistance over the weekends. The days and hours can vary so flexibility is a bonus.
Duties include
Food Preparation
Serving food on site
Stall set up and pack down
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Maintaining a clean work space
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in a busy food market
Great communication and customer service skills
Passionate about creating consistently high quality food
Eligible to work in the UK
Confident and self-motivated
Hygiene Level 2 a bonus but not essential
