Job Summary:

We are searching for an experienced E-commerce Conversion Specialist with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and a knack for improving website conversion rates. If you have a keen understanding of running ads on various platforms, including Amazon, Facebook Meta, Instagram, and TikTok, and have experience working with Shopify, particularly within the fashion industry, we want you to join our team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our online store’s performance and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Behaviour Analysis:
    1. Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyse customer behaviour on our e-commerce website.
    2. Identify trends, patterns, and pain points in the customer journey.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to make data-driven recommendations for improving the user experience.
  2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    1. Develop and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, including A/B testing and website optimization.
    2. Identify and prioritize conversion barriers and opportunities.
    3. Optimize product listings, landing pages, and checkout processes to increase sales.
  3. Ad Campaign Management:
    1. Create and manage advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Amazon, Facebook Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
    2. Develop ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
    3. Monitor and adjust ad spend to meet performance goals and budgets.
  4. Shopify Expertise:
    1. Leverage your experience with Shopify to make platform-specific improvements and optimizations.
    2. Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features and integrations that can enhance the e-commerce experience.
  5. Fashion Industry Focus:
    1. Understand the unique challenges and trends within the fashion e-commerce sector.
    2. Stay informed about fashion industry best practices and competitor strategies.
  6. Data-Driven Reporting:
    1. Create regular reports and dashboards to track the performance of conversion optimization efforts and advertising campaigns.
    2. Use data insights to make informed recommendations and adjustments.
  7. Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to execute strategies and initiatives.
    2. Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in e-commerce conversion rate optimization and digital advertising, especially on Amazon, Facebook Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
  3. Expertise in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyse customer behaviour.
  4. Proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce platform management.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Creative thinking and the ability to innovate in the e-commerce space.
  7. Knowledge of the fashion industry and e-commerce trends.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and revenue targets.
