Job-description:
Functions:
* Preparation & assistance of cold & warm cuisine
* Stewarding
* Dishwasher
* Keeping the kitchen area clean, tidy and organized.
* Complying with and implementing the hygiene regulations of HACCP
Your Profile & job-requirements:
* Food hygiene certificate (red card) / Lebensmittelpersonalhygiene (Rote Karte)
* Catering and gastronomy background in a professional kitchen
* Basic barista skills are not required but are of benefit
* Commitment and personal initiative
* Cooperative and able to work within a team
* Quick-wittedness and good work ethic
* Driving license is not required but is of benefit
* Flexibility in working hours

Aufgaben-Schwerpunkt:
Ihr Einsatz:
* Vor- und Zubereitung & Mithilfe für kalte & warme Küche
* Geschirrreinigung
* Reinigungsarbeiten im Küchenbereich
* Einhalten und umsetzen der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP
Ihr Profil
* Lebensmittelpersonalhygiene (Rote Karte)
* Berufserfahrung in einer Gewerbeküche als Hilfskoch/Koch
* Sauberes und ordentliches arbeiten
* Engagement und persönlicher Einsatz
* Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit
* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
* Führerschein von Vorteil
* Flexibilität bei Arbeitseinsätzen

Nowadays, it has found a much better purpose, through the conversion into a fully equipped gastronimical space, while preserving the original exterior in every charming detail.
