We’re looking for an awesome customer operations team lead. The perfect candidate will be passionate about helping to grow the company, whilst providing a world-class experience for our customers along the way.

Expectations:

  • Oversee customer support and general company operations
  • Provide fast, friendly support to customers daily
  • Monitor team KPIs and support related targets
  • Help manage and train new and existing support agents
  • Regular meetings with leadership team
