Experienced Chef (Sous) for plant-based London restaurant

flexitime work: working days & hours to suit your current lifestyle…

We have opportunities for a knowledgeable experienced restaurant chef (Sous) to mainly work full-time (Weds – Sundays) or Part-time, on a typical 6-8 hours working shift pattern.

We are looking for enthusiastic chefs or trainee chefs who share a passion for healthy, wholesome, and nourishing cuisine with the ability to assist the kitchen in the delivery of creative plant-based dishes and modern food presentations.

Manna is a circa 60-cover restaurant with a small vegan bar and separately a Deli day-time service with freshly made vegan pastries.

Job Role: Chef working with co-chefs in a totally plant-based environment

Location: North London, NW3

Hours: Flexible schedule to suit your lifestyle – typical 8-hour shifts

OPEN: We are open Wednesdays through to Sundays

Salary: Good salary for productive personnel – commensurate with experience

The Role

Manna will offer you the opportunity to expand upon your role and exercise your creativity in the many aspects of plant-based cooking whilst also learning from your co-chefs… all you need is some commercial kitchen exposure and the desire to participate as an important part of a team to help produce the best customer experience we can deliver.

A requirement for good English communication, having a creative drive, being ambitious, committed, and well organised in your daily tasks.
