Major Areas of Responsibility

Sales/Profit – Sales and operating profit meet or exceed shift plan.

Operations – Systems are upheld, and high-performance teams are in place to deliver service excellence throughout the shift.

Human Resources – Talented front of house Team Members are motivated throughout the shift, to produce amazing results.

Compliance – Standard operating procedures are followed to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met for the shift.

Training and Development – All shift Team Members are trained and knowledgeable of Native Foods operational standards and culture.

Communication – Shift communication is timely, concise, and collaborative. Ideas are always welcome.
