About this Career Opportunity
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional administrative and customer service to Physicians Committee’s leadership, staff, members, and supporters. Areas of responsibility include scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and classes; making travel arrangements; assisting with our annual nutrition conference; responding to inquiries and requests; coordinating mailings and processing invoices and expenses. This cross-functional position with broad exposure to all aspects of the Physicians Committee’s mission is a terrific opportunity to advance the organization’s mission through direct contact with the public and our membership and direct support to the Physicians Committee’s program staff and will provide excellent learning and growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a professional with work experience in customer service, administrative support, and event facilitation with strong writing skills and the ability to multitask and handle a high volume of correspondence. If you are passionate about the Physicians Committee’s mission, we’d like to hear from you.
