Plants by Deliciously Ella are on the lookout for a creative and experienced chef who is passionate about making plant-based food delicious and exciting.
What we expect from you:
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
- Follow the guidance of the Head Chef or Sous Chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures
- Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- Culinary school diploma
