ROLE SUMMARY

The manager supports the overall V-Label responding to general requests and first contacts, as well as guiding partners through the licensing process. Licensing of non- food articles includes stronger international cooperation, widened research, and general project management to create a licensing process in due consideration of different documents, legal requirements and customer wishes. In the customer service, V-Label customers are supported from the first inquiry up to the invoicing. Special cooperations with important key accounts that are interested in deeper cooperation require broad collaboration with other ProVeg departments, like fundraising and communications departments. Part of the work also includes small editorial projects regarding the V-Label, while always striving for the continuous improvement of the V-Label process with regard to customer friendliness, efficiency and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling of client and customer inquiries
  • Dealing with customers on a daily basis, licensing of products from the first offer to license certificate:customer support
    negotiating offers and contracts: product checking; follow-up notices of termination, follow-up on unconfirmed offer; monthly follow-up (inquiries, offers, checks, contracts); writing invoices
  • Customer acquisition online and in-person at fairs
  • Organizing a magazine product presentations twice per year
  • Improving internal processes regarding transparency and efficiency
  • Further key account management by connection checking, product presentation and communication in our channels
  • Optional tasks: Coordinating non-food licensing (creating documents, information on the process, newsletter, website content) & Responsibilities in legal matters (renewing V-Label documents, i.e. contract) and related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • A positive, proactive, respectful and enthusiastic work attitude
  • Bachelor or Master degree in economics, marketing or a comparable field
  • Excellent verbal and written German language skills (C2)
  • Very good verbal and written English language skills (B2)
  • Strong collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team and to develop and maintain positive employee relations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • A strong eye for detail and diligent work attitude
  • Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for food topic

Preferred:

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • First experience in customer acquisition
  • Nutrition studies or knowledge or other food-related quality management background
  • Alternatively: First experience in the cosmetics industry or background in materials science or engineering (related to the non-food sector, e.g. clothing or printing products)
