Job description
Vegan Restaurant Manager wanted for a new vegan pasta restaurant in Central London (All Levels- Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or General Manager)
A sound general knowledge of veganism within the food industry and the use of social media is essential.
You must have excellent customer care skills. Be knowledgeable about biodynamic organic wines and cocktails and love motivating and developing your team.
You must be organised and disciplined and be used to all relevant day to day management duties including all due diligence.
At least 3 years restaurant management experience in a similar role is essential.
You must be organised and have the energy to drive sales
Above all you must be used to working in a fast-paced environment and possess the character to lead the team in an enjoyable innovative way.
This position has extremely good prospects, as rapid expansion is planned
Salary according to your experience (£30k-£40k)
