Looking for new Vegan staff – Basingstoke
Qumillion is a Design, Marketing and Consulting Company. We are looking for ambitious Vegans who are excellent communicators and passionate about sales. It is about providing quality ethical sales and a professional service for our clients.
We are currently looking for the right person to help us deliver Telemarketing for our clients. We only sell to businesses, B2B. You will be introducing customers to new ideas, services, and solutions to help their business. You will be arranging the next step, be it a demonstration, conference call or a discussion with the sales team.
Your role will include:
· Contacting customers by telephone, email or via social media.
· Make outgoing customer calls to introducing new ideas, services, and solutions.
· Learning and retaining product knowledge.
· Articulate the benefits of our client’s products and services.
· Arranging Quotes and Demonstrations for customers over the phone.
· Help identify customer wants and needs.
· Maintaining client records ensuring total compliance with the Data Protection policy and regulatory requirements.
· Making sure the CRM database is updated.
Full training will be given, product training and collateral given per project.
· Experience of working to and achieving targets.
· Telephone skills required
· Ensure that project results are recorded on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Be interested in the latest Technology.
· Be articulate and a quick learner.
· Working as part of a team and helping colleagues.
· Enjoy the challenge, self-motivated and high energy.
We only provide our services to corporate companies, we work office hours Monday to Friday only 9-5:30pm . Ideally you will need to be based as close to Basingstoke as possible.
We have multiple ongoing projects, ranging from few weeks, to a quarter and on-going.
