Overview

Duties:

– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen

– Create and develop innovative and delicious menu items

– Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards

– Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants

– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

– Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:

– Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role

– Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

– Ability to create and execute menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences

– Excellent leadership and communication skills

– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

We are only 7 months old, so our team is small, but super flexible & friendly. We work hard to maintain high standards, but have fun whilst doing so and don't take ourselves too seriously!
