Ribizli Modern Café is looking for growth opportunities, including production of a wider range of plant-based baked goods to complement our high quality cakes currently on offer. We are looking for a baker with experience of making vegan desserts, vegan sourdough bread and other plant-based items (e.g. raw chocolate, raw foods).

Skills: Understanding of food science applied to vegan recipe alternatives and ingredient substitutions; Numerate and accurate in recipe creation and record keeping; Excellent hygiene; Flexible, creative and energetic!

Working hours are 20+ per week according to needs and to support a growing team – mainly Friday and Saturdays – though further opportunities will arise based on the growth potential that you can realize for our business. Ideally, you will be able to start as soon as possible.
