Sanctuary at SHO seeks a full-time, temporary Duck Caretaker to assist with the day-to-day care and maintenance of our 100-plus flock of Khaki Campbell ducks. Much of the work will occur inside an insulated barn.
Compensation includes very nice, private, on-site housing including wifi and all services, plus an hourly salary.
This position lasts approximately 2 months to allow the Sanctuary director to recover from surgery, and requires at least 50 hours per week, and on-call availability 7 days a week. (There is a part-time permanent position available as well, see the website).
