We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our back of house team at our hotel.
Being the country’s first vegan hotel, a passion for this unique role is paramount.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen operations, produce outstanding food, and run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
• Have ability to follow recipes, but be curious and forward oriented, with own sense of judgement
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and served to a high standard
• Have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Have a thorough knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety
